Speaking

I am available for speaking, interviews, panels, stand-up, and hosting live conversations.

That is the practical version.

The less practical version is that I like rooms where ideas have to survive contact with actual people.

On a page, a sentence gets to sit there and pretend it arrived fully dressed.

In a room, it has to deal with timing, silence, attention, and the very real possibility that the joke you trusted has decided to betray you in front of witnesses.

DNS Records & the Annoying Parts Nobody Sees

When people talk about building websites, they usually talk about the parts you can see.

Frameworks. Design systems. Performance scores. Animations. Components. The JavaScript library everyone is pretending they did not just learn yesterday.

That is the fun part.

Or at least the part that photographs well.

Rarely does anyone talk about what happens after the deployment finishes.

That is where DNS comes in.

I have deployed and maintained more than a hundred websites over the last decade, which means I have spent a meaningful portion of my life staring at records with names like
CNAME
,
A
,
AAAA
, and
TXT
, wondering if I made a mistake or if the internet was simply taking its time to humiliate me.

I Got Bored, So I Rebuilt My Website.

There are probably more strategic reasons I could give you for launching a blog.

I could say that I wanted to build my personal brand.

I could say that I wanted to establish myself as a thought leader.

I could even say that I wanted to create a platform to share my expertise with the world.

Those are all nice phrases. Very professional. Very LinkedIn. The kind of phrases people use when they want boredom to wear a blazer.

I build platforms that turn capital, culture, and strategy into access.

Building simple and beautiful things for complex interfaces is what I enjoy most about my work. I am similarly interested in crafting thoughtful products and exploring new worlds.

My current focus is on building tools and systems that help people turn ambitious goals into consistent daily progress.

Additionally, I:

engage with early-stage ventures.

am drawn to projects that challenge how technology, culture, and creativity intersect.

I care deeply about how systems and interfaces affect everyday life.

We Outside
is a strange thing to yell with confidence, mostly because outside is where the weather happens.

But I get it.

Sometimes leaving the house feels like an accomplishment.

Still, outside was never really the point.

Then Jadakiss says it, and everybody, allegedly, loses their mind.

Why? Because the phrase is not really about location.

It is about presence.

It is about being visible after being ignored.

Moving after being stuck.

Breaking down the deals that shape capital, culture, creativity, and access.

Outside the Room is my newsletter for making sense of the deals shaping markets and culture after the room has cleared.

I look at moves across startups, music, sports, media, entertainment, brand partnerships, nonprofits, real estate, luxury, AI, creative technology, ownership models, and distribution.

The point is to understand what a deal reveals: who had leverage, who gained access, who owned the upside, and why the room was open to some people but closed to others.

I keep a strict paper trail of every headline written about the things I’ve allegedly done.

My friends say it’s conceited. They tell me I shouldn’t worry about the internet misplacing the evidence of my life.

But I do worry.

Because if those articles disappear, I’m going to have to do those things to those people all over again.
